About Battle On Demand
Battle On Demand gives you access to workouts with a focus on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) incorporating floor work, shadowboxing cardio and weight centric exercises. You can take an express class on its own or add a strength training session to it for the ultimate HIIT workout!
Our goal is to motivate our community through intense interval workouts as we battle the challenges we face in life. Complete with inspiration, perspiration, with a side of grit and fight. And a killer playlist of course!
No experience or equipment required.
If you'd like to grab a weight, we recommend 9,13,18,26 or 35 pound kettlebell depending on what you prefer!
